The first step to do a handstand on a bar is to realise that it is a physically challenging element. Because you need strong balance. That means that every tendom and connective tissue which holds the body, is so much more tenser than first example in normal handstand . So it’s important to realize you will need a lot of strenght. The strength will help you balance yourself. So i want to tell that this step will be, that you need to be strong enough and than you can start to training your balance.
